Hi there,
Please don’t post into threads created by other users on completely unrelated topics. I’ve moved your reply to its own thread.
Your site on esomglobal.com is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, nor is it connected to any WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, so we have no control at all over any aspect of your site.
If your site is connected to Facebook in some way, you made that connection via a plugin, and you’ll need to follow that plugin’s process to disconnect it as well. Alternatively, check if you can remove this connection from Facebook’s end via their settings pages at either https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings or https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications&ref=settings
For more help with your version of WordPress, you can ask the WordPress.org community who makes that software at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

hi,
thanks for your reply, i dont have access to the facebook account, it has been down since and can’t run ads any longer. That’s why i would want to know if there’s any way i could have the facebook account disconnected from my woocommerce, as this site is really important cos i sell fashion items or if i would have to just start building another website.thanks

Ah, ok, please contact WooCommerce support directly for help with their plugin, as we are limited in the support we can provide here for WooCommerce.
If you’re using the free version of WooCommerce you can post in their community forum, here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Or if you’re using any premium or payment gateway add-on downloaded from WooCommerce.com you can reach live chat and email support here:
