Split: payment applied to wrong account

i cannot locate the payment I made for services. can someone please help me either apply my payment to a website I can use or refund my account. I have talked so multiple customer service people and have been given multiple answers to my problem.
It’s not fair WP can take someone’s money and not provide a service.

spatterson266account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and only owns four free WordPress.com sites. We don’t even have a credit card on file for you which we could have charged.If you’re speaking of the site, http://www.buypacificnorthwest.com/, that site is not hosted on WordPress.com, and you have not paid us anything related to that site, as we advised you two months ago when you contacted us in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/my-front-page-landing-static-page-is-not-showing-as-it-was-designed/
In that thread we also advised you how to contact our billing support team directly for help with any charge for WordPress.com where you don’t know what site it is for. To date you have not submitted any support requests to our billing support team via the contact form at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
