I’d like to upgrade my blog to a personal plan, but I have additional questions:- the price for one year is expressed in a currency that I do not understand TL and whether it could be expressed in euros
- after the expiration of the personal account plan, can I return to free?
- whether the personal plan includes support and protection (spam and other as with a free account)

I see that you’ve already upgraded to the WordPress.com Personal plan (Yay!). I’ve changed your account currency to EUR. This will apply to future renewals/purchases only.
after the expiration of the personal account plan, can I return to free?
Yes, however, the Personal plan features will be removed (so your site will begin showing ads, for example), and if you let your domain expire, you risk losing the domain permanently and visitors clicking on old links (with the domain) will not be redirected to your site.
We recommend keeping your domain even if you decide to take a break from the paid plan. This way, you retain ownership of the domain.
