    Please don’t post into threads created by other people – doing that makes it harder for us to help both you and the person who created the thread. I’ve moved your comment to its own thread.

    I see you have https://gingin.co.nz/ hosted with us on our Business Plan, but your plan expired on 12 November. That caused the site to revert back to how it was before you first installed any plugins, and it was set to private.

    You’ve now bought a new Business Plan, and you should be able to restore a backup from before the plan expired to get your site back to how it was. Please contact our live chat support team at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, and they’ll be able to help you with that process.
