Split: Purchased Starter Plan and Domain
-
I am having the same problem here. purchased a starter plan on Jan 22 and it doesn’t think I have a starter plan (just a domain that came free with the starter plan). It still thinks I have a free plan, but I’ve paid for starter. wish-art.blog is the domain that is supposed to be linked to the starter plan. What am I missing here?

@lorneboy – We encourage customers to create separate threads for their own help requests rather than adding to someone else’s. I’ve moved your request to its own thread, and I’ll reply to you here: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/split-purchased-starter-plan-and-domain/?view=all
Upon reviewing your account, I can see that the Starter plan and domain registration are set up correctly. Are you still experiencing any issues? If so, please let us know the specific problem, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
Thank you!

Yeah, it’s still an issue. I really wanted to get on with setting up the site and paid for another starter plan. It’s all working but now I have another domain waiting to claim and have done little more than paid for the same thing twice. Would happily cancel my second plan within the 14 day period if I thought normal use would ensue. Would be happy for further investigation.

Thanks for the update, and I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
Just to clarify, you can only purchase one plan per WordPress.com website. If you’re looking to use the Starter plan and a custom domain for another site, you’ll need to create a new site first, and then you can set everything up accordingly. We have a tutorial that guides you through this process here: https://wordpress.com/support/create-multiple-websites/#create-a-new-site, or you can simply click on the link below to start creating a new site:
