Split theme guidance – Vegan vs Non vegan

Hey guys,
Looking for some guidance as to where to begin with a new project.
I am building a food review blog and I want to have the front page as ‘left side Vegan’ – ‘right side non vegan’ with a view of adding new restaurant reviews and flagging them as vegan vs non vegan and having them show up on the relevant side of the page.
I want to have the main page split out evenly between the 2.
Can someone suggest a good theme, or a way that this could be done?

There is no split theme like you describe here at WordPress.COM and the only themes we can use are found here https://wordpress.com/themes/
That said, we can create two columns within a page or post. See here for how to do that https://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/06/10/formatting-text-pt-1/
