Hi Carla –
Good morning. You’ll see I split your topic off on to it’s own thread.
The ecommerce plan that was on trial expired on March 31st. This is why you’re unable to add plugins to the site.
Once that plan has been reestablished on the account you’re going to be able to move forward.

I’m confused. I’m using WooCommerce, not eCommerce. I haven’t had this issue on any of the other WordPress sites I’ve created. When did I sign up for the trial version?
Thank you,
Carla

The website I’m having an issue with is breakfastclubraffle.com, which I actually created through HostGator, not woo-impossibly-zealous-bread.wpcomstaging.com. It’s a WordPress issue, but do I need to contact HostGator?

Hi there,
I understand you’re looking for help with your website, but it seems there might be a little confusion here. At WordPress.com, we can only provide support for websites hosted on our platform. Since your site is using the WordPress software, the best place to seek help is the WordPress.org support forum.
