  I have one more question. WordPress used to be free to build website. However, it seems like must need to pay, at least just a little sum of money, now. They change the requirements? I should pay and acquire their options to have websites?

  I tried to follow the steps to recover my account. However, the problem is that I do not even know what the account which is my e-mail address signed up. I have repeated deleting and signing up, now it says I can not even retrieve my previous account without any receipts or proofs. Could not help me out for that matter?

  We have very strict account recovery protocols in place to prevent unauthorized access to people’s accounts on our service.

  I can tell you the username for the site is hsmartist, as that information is already publicly available in the site’s source code and via the author archive URL:

  https://hsmartist.wordpress.com/author/hsmartist/

  Try entering that username on our password reset form, and check if you receive any email with a reset link. That will help you regain access.

  But we cannot tell you the email address associated with that account. If you don’t remember that, and you don’t have any of the other proofs of ownership we require, we won’t be able to give you access to the account. We cannot make any exceptions in this regard.
