Can’t upgrade

    I recently created a website,with a paid plan; business plan.
    On payment, I was denied the upgrade and only offered the free one. I need a personal one for my portfolio the free one will not be of much help.
    Kindly assist or give me more information on why I cannot access the paid plans.

    Hi @daphwachuka, I’ve split your comment into another thread so we could take a closer look. I did, and I found our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this. Pease reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance if you haven’t already.

    Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info, so they can evaluate the case. Thank you!
