hi there, can you help me with my site? i have already purchased a domain to use as my primary site instead of menchiebangayan.wordpress.com, i want to use menchiebangayan.com as my primary site address. can you help me fixed this. There’s no option of setting it as primary site address

when i enter the domain i like to use, it notifies me with color red response saying, that site is already connected to a wordpress site. which is true because i already paid it

While you can purchase a domain without a plan, to have your domain be your primary domain, you need one of our paid plans. Otherwise, your domain will redirect to your free *.wordpress.com URL.
If you purchase a yearly plan, it includes a free domain for the first year. Once you have successfully purchased the plan, please inform us, and we will be able to refund you the cost of the domain.
Then you can follow the steps here to set your new domain as your primary domain: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/set-a-primary-address/

After checking your account, it appears that you indeed purchased a Personal plan. However, it seems that the plan was subsequently canceled, and a refund was issued. You should be able to see these details on your Billing History page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
It’s easy to get back on track, though. You simply need to purchase a plan again. Once the plan is active, you will be able to set your domain as your site’s primary address without any issues.

hi, its true that i canceled and refund because i thought, i purchased twice. but as i was able to talk with chat bot, and online assistant, they say i have to purchased a domain and i need to purchase a host also because its a two separate thing. thank you for your kind responses
