I have the business plan and I can’t add plug ins….the email support won’t work. Please HELP!

I am working on the http://www.discoverwellnesstexas.com project. When I click the edit button it gives me a nonce error and won’t let me edit the project. I have cleared the cache and cookies and it still doesn’t work. I looked on my account to see if I have the latest version of wordpress but I can’t find that information.

You don’t have to worry about which version of WordPress is running because our team takes care of keeping that updated for you. It’s part of being on our managed hosting environment.
Will you share a screen shot or copy + paste the text of that error message for me here?

Can you tell us a bit more about the last thing you were doing before you noticed this error? It’s difficult to tell from our server logs but I do see that several plugins may have been installed at once, as if from a backup. Did you use the WPvivid Backup plugin to restore a previous copy of your site or as a tool to move your site from another host to your account here on WordPress.com?

I have been locked out of the DiscoverWellnessTexas site that I am trying to work on. It keeps locking me out over and over. If I click on the above link that you sent I can see all the plug ins but I can’t log into the plug ins on the Discover Wellness Texas site as it tells me critical error has occurred on site. Please help. We have been running into this locked out issue over and over for days.

Hi there, I reset the site about 4 hours ago. In the time since then did you try to import your plugins again? Are you attempting to restore from a previous backup of some kind? What is the URL you are trying to access when you see that error message?

This is the error I get….Discover Wellness Texas cannot be accessed.
Haven’t done anything to the site since it was reset because I can’t get in.
