Splitting a post over x amount of pages ?

  Im using the Mystique Theme and was having a look through the Mystique Theme Demo (http://mystiquedemo.wordpress.com/).

  In the first post ‘Layout Test’ I noticed at the bottom in bold, ‘Pages’ with links to pages two and three of the post.

  I basically wondered how to do this as I would like to use it for some of my longer posts. I tried searching the forums but couldnt find anything that would help.

  A point in the right direction would be more than appreciated.
