Spotify videos not playing on my blog

Hello, I’m having issues trying to get my spotify videos to play on my wordpress blog at Cascadialegends.wordpress.com.
I made some podcasts, but whenever I try to embed them, and press the play button, it just keeps spinning, and doesn’t work. Please help me get my podcast to work on y blog -
Hi there! Could you pass us a link to the page or post where you have embedded the Spotify player? If one doesn’t exist, could you create one? Once we have an example to work with we’ll dive in and see how we can help. :)

Hi there,
For me the embedded player on the About page (also set as your site homepage) functions as expected. Here’s how it looks for me when the page loads.
If I click on it, it plays the audio as expected. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following:
– clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
– Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
– If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?Thanks for the additional info!

I’m still unable to hear the audio myself.
To be honest cookies should never be blocked anyway. The entire internet’s functionality requires that its able to remember its users, without aunty hindrance being made in between the availability of its users and their input. Despite the risks, it doesn’t matter, because it can’t be helped, a website needs its cookies. The entire internet would need to be upgraded to a brand new format with tighter security, that doesn’t force all data to the cloud (which can’t truly be protected), that is used instead of what we have now.But that’s a story for another time. I still am unable to hear the audio, and I don’t have firefox.
I would prefer to have this work for Chrome, however none of the steps in the guide helped me. What is going wrong?

Because we don’t have direct access to your computer, this is not something we can troubleshoot directly.
Are you willing to install Firefox on a temporary basis, just to see if audio will play there? Another thing you can try is to visit your site in Chrome but use an incognito window, which will skip your cache, cookies, and extensions.
Are you able to get video to play on your homepage if you try either of those alternate methods?

Ok bud. I found that I was able to get it to work on the microsoft edge.
It did work there, I can try the incogneto mod. Just gotta find out how to go incogneto in Chrome
