Spreadsheet of email subscribers from my worpress.com blog?

  I just moved my blog from contemplativehomeschool.wordpress.com to contemplativehomeschool.com. Can I still access the spreadsheet of my email subscribers that I used to be able to download? A few months ago I set up a MailChimp account in order to give new subscribers a free download for signing up. If possible, I would like to manually move the subscribers who signed up for email alerts through WordPress into the MailChimp account. I do not want to have 2 lists to manage and I want to be able to control the design, etc. of the emails. Thanks!
