Spun – Elongate banner pic / Keep widget bubble open

  Hello,
  Does anyone know how to elongate the banner pic using Spun? No matter how large the pic, it gets re-sized.

  Also, at the bottom of the page I have an expansion circle to see my widgets. I would like this opened all the time.

  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
