SPUN, image squashing

  Within the theme ‘SPUN’ the images scale automatically and squash inward. Changing the media size, scaling and cropping options themselves seem to do nothing. Also, I only want to show 9 posts on the home screen. Please help! :)

  I only want to show 9 posts on the home screen.

  This is controlled with the Settings -> Reading: “Blog Pages Show at Most” setting.

  Within the theme ‘SPUN’ the images scale automatically and squash inward.

  The Spun theme utilizes either the Featured Image or first image in the post (if no Featured Image is set). Either way it will scale and crop to a 180×180 circle. If you would like control over the image displayed you might want to consider utilizing the Featured Image and uploading a custom size.
