Spun Theme Help

  I have the Spun theme. I do not have the mobile theme enabled because I like the look of it on other devices as is. Everything works/views properly without mobile enabled, except my menu. When it is clicked, nothing happens. Please help. There is no way for readers to navigate my blog without it. Thank you!

  Found one other issue as well…

  There is no link/button to view older posts once I reach the bottom. Can you please tell me if this is the way it was designed or if there is a glitch?

  I visited all of the sites under you user account, and did not see any of them using the Spun theme. Do you need help on another site instead, or did you decide Spun was not for you?

  Hi. I switched to a different theme as I didn’t want to lose traffic while it wasn’t working. If you can let me know in advance, I can switch for you to check it out.

  What site is this for? I can preview the theme change on my end (without changing what the visitor sees) and perhaps get a better sense of the issue.

  Everything works/views properly without mobile enabled, except my menu. When it is clicked, nothing happens.

  Can you tell me what device and browser you were using to view the site on mobile?

  It was on my primary site kellieelmore.com.

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately, in my testing I was unable to replicate either of the issues you reported. That does not mean they don’t exist, but as I cannot replicate them on my end, I will need you to have the theme active on your site to proceed further. It is possible that there is something unique about your site’s configuration that may be causing an issue, and that is the only way I can test that.

  Can you activate the spun theme on your site so I can see if I can get to the issue here?

  Thank you so much for your effort. I am not sure what was making it happen on my end. For now, I will just stick with the theme I have in place as I am not sure when you would be able to test it or how long I would have to leave it up. I don’t want my readers to get lost today :) Friday’s are my high traffic day.

  I would not be able to tell you how long it would take, unfortunately.

  Sorry I was not able to find the issue via the other methods a my disposal. If you decide to give this theme a try again, and run into the same problem, don’t hesitate to let us know.
