Hi there, We do not have direct access to our site’s database or phpMyAdmin. Here’s information on how you can export your content to import it to a site using the WordPress platform: https://move.wordpress.com/
Let us know if you have any other question about this.

awesome help, thanks
I just need to get the google map widget back now. I didn’t change themes etc, but the map widget has disappeared; I also noticed some slight other changes in the customization menu but managed to get around them
how do I get a map widget?

Hello again, only content (posts, pages, comments, menus, feedback, etc.) will export to a new site. Certain elements like widgets and themes do not. You’ll need to add them again.
There isn’t a specific Google Maps widget here, but there is a Contact Info widget that includes a Google Map. https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/contact-info/
However, I see that your WordPressdotcom site is now Private, so if you are working on your new site using the WP.org software, you’ll want to have a look at the documentation and support forums for .ORG sites at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
