  I have a backup of my WordPress website in SQL format how can I upload it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi michellerude2268,

  It won’t be possible to import an SQL file but if you are able to export the content to .xml, that file can be imported to irwa4.wordpress.com with these steps:

  Import a Website

  If you are exporting from a WordPress.org site, the option to export an .xml should be available from Tools > Export in your WP Admin dashboard (add wp-admin to the end of the site URL).
