SQL statement to add tags based on post content?

  What would be the SQL statement to add a tag to every post that contained a certain word?
  For example: If I run WordPress on my recipe site, and already have over 4,000 recipes, and then I decide to have a tag cloud based on some key ingredients. So I want to add a tag of “cinnamon” to every post that includes the word cinnamon. Then do it again for “ginger”, etc. I have phpMyAdmin to do it with.
