  You failed to post a URL for the site in question.You maybe confusing wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting with wordpress.COM hosted sites. They are not the same. Please read https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Unless you are referring to a WordPress.COM site on the Business Plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ you are posting to the wrong support forum for any woocommerce issue.
