Square WooCommerce business location disappears on the 16th of each month

  http://www.stvdesigns.com is my website. The business location in my settings for Square/WooCommerce disappears on the 16th of every month. I get it back by disconnecting with Square and reconnecting back/verifying site. The Square payment works fine, accepts credit cards on the site. It is when on the 16th of the month, the business location disappears that will disrupt payment function. But when I get it back, it works fine. Why does the business location disappear on the 16th of each month? It is very weird. Thank you for advising me on this matter.
