Squarespace 6 import question

  I have my blog in squarespace 6, now i want to move it to wordpress, because it works better with my 1and1 hosting account, i exported and downloaded to my computer, then i went to my wordpress account and imported it, i get the email saying successful, but still i can’t see my website, what am i doing wrong?, thanks

  The import is done. The file only contained pages, listed at:
  https://areastreaming.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page

  I worked from a template using a picture of mine, looks like Squarespace do not keep the layout when export.
