Squarespace Import Stuck and Not Progressing

  Hi,

  I am in the process of importing a Squarespace export and the process has been stuck for more than 24 hours. My .XML files is small, only 175 kb or so. Reading online it seems i need to have wordpress staff clear the import process?

  Can anyone do that for me?

  Yes. Sometimes the importer gets stuck and this thread has been tagged for Staff to reset it for you. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. Know that you will be waiting in line with everyone else and patience is required.
