Hello,
My company wants to create a website that only individuals from my company can access. Is it possible to create a WordPress site, but the only way to access it would be through my company’s SSL (i.e. only person with a username/password from my company would be able to access the site)?
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
There are two flavors of WordPress: hosted WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and the open source WP (org) project at https://wordpress.org You can learn about the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
While you could set up a private site on WordPressdotcom and only invite people from your company to access it, this site will still be hosted online.
However, it sounds to me like you want a company intranet site. If that is the case, you’ll want to explore using the WP (org) software for this. If you have any questions about using WordPress.org, you’ll want to ask at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on that page.
Let us know if you have any other question about using the hosted WordPressdotcom side of things.
