SSL?

    In the header of any browser, my site says ‘Not Secure’ — my research says I need to enable SSL by using HTTPS as the domain designation. None of the tutorials match up with the settings editor I see. How can this be done?

    I use a third party domain name purchase to redirect to my WordPress site. Might this have anything to do with it?

    Hi there, If you site is hosted here on WordPress.com, SSL is enabled by default and can’t be disabled.

    Can you confirm the third party domain you’re forwarding to your WordPress.com website? Did you include https:// in the forwarding settings at your domain registrar?
