SSL and Certificate error

  Hi, I’ve tried to input an SSL certificate for our website on wordpress. We have used namecheap for the SSL certificate and due to inexperience in building the site through wordpress we have ended up with the following problem. I changed the wordpress address (URL) to https and the site address (URL) to https as well. However, the SSL certificate hasn’t been uploaded properly it seems and when visiting our website it shows certificate error. This site is not secure. I cannot get back to the wordpress admin page for our website either to make any changes. Please help….Thabnk you in advance

  Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

  However, SSL update in cPanel can take up to 24 hours.
