SSL cert does not secure www-domain
-
Hi,
If I try to access my website using https://www.andreava.co.uk I am getting a certificate security error – all is fine if I use the ‘non www’ version of the URL. It would appear that the certificate issued for my website does not include the alternate www name.
How can I add the alternate name to the certificate?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey! I confirmed that the https://www.andreava.co.uk/ address did not have an SSL certificate provisioned at the time.
I have provisioned one now and I recommend clearing the browser cache before checking. You should no longer see the error when visiting that address.
Just so you are aware, you may have been able to provision the certificate yourself using the steps in this guide: Secure Your Domain With SSL.
In addition, I see your site is on a paid plan and this means you can access our Expert Support directly from your WordPress.com account next time.
