SSL cert non responsive

  Hi there. My site is down. http://Honeycomb.vc
  I think it’s the SSL cert. can you please help?

  Hey @wiley2159483863,

  The automated process adds SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt shortly after the registration or mapping of domains. It can take up to 72 hours to add an SSL certificate to your site.

  It’s not the SSL, but it appears that the Business plan on your site expired or was cancelled. This will cause the errors you see. The account you used here doesn’t own the plan, since it was just created. It looks like wileymathews might be the owner. Can you login as the plan owner and get in touch with support or comment here to get help with restoring the plan?

  Since this has to do with a Business plan, I’ll also tag the post with modlook for staff to help.
