    My domain was connected and active on 12 February but till today i have not yet received my SSL Certificate and i need to urgently publish this site

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    After reviewing your domain’s settings, it appears that while you are using our name servers, there is an A record that currently points your site to a different service. This is why the SSL certificate hasn’t been provisioned for your site yet.

    To fix this please log in to your domain’s control panel and remove that A record. Doing this will allow us to proceed with provisioning your SSL certificate correctly.
