SSL Certificate

    We are looking to rebuild our website with WordPress. We currently have a URL and have paid for a SSL Certificate through our current host, eMark.
    Can we transfer this SSL Certificate to our new site if we choose to host with WordPress?
    If we keep our current host, eMark, and build our site on wordpress.org, will the certificate say as is? I believe the answer is yes, would just like to confirm.

    With WordPress.com we take care of of the SSL and you won’t need it if you host your site with WordPress.com.

    WordPress.com is different from using the installation of WordPress with a hosting company. For questions related to this you’ll want to post at wordpress.org/support/
