  Hello,
  I got a notification saying my connection isn’t secure and I need an SSL certificate for my site. Can you help? I tried doing it myself and ended up in a loophole of help articles that didn’t help at all. This is so frustrating.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress (hosted by NameCheap) rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  All WordPress.com registered domains come with SSL – your domain is not registered with WordPress.com either: https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=lemon-gram.com

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ Alternatively, contact NameCheap

  Hi there,

  Please contact your hosting provider directly for help, as SSL needs to be set up with them.
