  Hi! My outside party web developer noted we need to get an SSL Certificate. I am not good at this. Where do I start?

  Hi there,

  If you are setting up a website with WordPress.com then you get SSL certificate as a default for your website.

  WordPress.com automatically install SSL certificates from Let’s Encrypt on all WordPress.com sites.

  N.B: If you purchase hosting outside WordPress.com (for example Bluehost, then you may need to but your SSL certificate via the hosting provider)
