  Hi, it seems that my website is missing the SSL certificate while your helpforum suggests it should not be so. Please guide me through the process

  Hi @pogranicza, could you let us know which site you need help with? All sites hosted here include SSL, so if it isn’t showing up, it might be an issue with insecure content on the page.

  You can use https://www.whynopadlock.com/ to check.

  Or if you’ll send a link to the site, we can help you check.

  Hi, Thank you for your reply.
  I have just checked it with the site you suggested and the information I got referred to an unsecure widget I added to the site ages ago.

  The site I did refer to is https://pogranicza.wordpress.com/.

  I deleted the widget and now the certificate is working.
