  Hi there,
  This is WordPress forum and every website hosted with WordPress.com is SSL certified automatically.
  However, if your website is not hosted with WordPress.com, maybe you are using the open source WordPress software from(WordPress.org). :) Please know more here about the differences https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  For help, you can ask the WordPress.org community where you’ll find more expert advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. They’re the people using the same software as you are.

  If the error still occurs, please try to contact your hosting providor’s support team who may be able to assist.

  Further more, contact with hosting providor team who will be able to solve the problem of SSL certificate to install.
  For the issue you are not being able to access your website, its best check with the hosting providor before switching over to ORG forum.
