SSL Certificate

    Hello,

The SSL certificate is not activating on my site. The domain has been pointing to the site for much more than 72 hours.

Can I activate it manually ?

Also, I can’t use live chat or email support because in the site drop-down, it says ‘Unknown site’.

    Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

I tried to reconnect Jetpack since I have an error about that in the Health Check, but it doesn’t work

    I receive this error :
cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘mydomain.com’

    Hi there!

The SSL certificate can take some time to generate on our end, depending on the DNS propagation. We can manually attempt to generate a certificate for you. I’ve just done that, and your site is now loading via SSL for me.

You may want to try clearing your browser cache if you’re still not seeing HTTPS on your site. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

I didn’t see any issues trying to contact live chat support from your WordPress.com account. Can you go to this link after clearing the browser cache and see if you’re still unable to contact us via live chat?

    Thanks!

The SSL certificate work well now thanks.

For the support, it works now, is it possible that it had something to do with the certificate?

Anyway, it’s functional, so you can close this ticket, thank you very much

    Hi there!

Glad to hear that it’s working now.

For the support, it works now, is it possible that it had something to do with the certificate?

It is likely, though I can’t be sure since I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end. Since you’re all set now, feel free to contact us on live chat if you have any questions. :)
