We can’t help directly because we don’t host loseitlikeaboss.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
To clarify, we are a fully managed WordPress provider. We use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress and provides free SSL for all domains, security, automatic updates to core software, robust backups, and in-house support from our WordPress.com Happiness Engineers. To offer this we use a customized version of WordPress (different from what you use at Namecheap, for example) which is optimized for our infrastructure and offers the best performance possible.
Because of these differences, we do not have access to your site (we can only access sites we manage directly) and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting Namecheap for further assistance. They are in the best position to help you with assigning a new SSL certificate for the site you host with them. Thanks!
