SSL certificate for www version of my page

Hi,
When I try to access my website through http://www.karloproduction.com it does not have an SSL certificate, only if I use http://karloproduction.com. It is a mapped domain, but nameservers are set correctly as far as I know.Thanks in advance

Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress.org software and it is hosted elsewhere. Therefore, you need to contact your hosting provider regarding your SSL issue.

Are you using domain forwarding/domain masking rather than mapping? You’ll always see those errors and the .wordpress.com address will show to visitors unless you correctly map your domain to your site with a WordPress.com paid plan.
