  I need to purchase an SSL certificate
  I need to give someone admin access to my account
  I need to make my domain name via go daddy show when my WordPress content is showing

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

An SSL certificate will be automatically generated soon after the domain is configured to point to your WordPress.com site.   You can follow the instructions here to send an invite to someone to join your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/
