  Hello, I recently started using WordPress and I’m a newbie. I managed to connect the new webpage to my previously owned domain elsewhere. It’s now been few days but the SSL Certificate is still pending. Looking for help on how to resolve this. Thank you!

  Hi @info41a6e806e8a.

  We found out that an SSL certificate hadn’t been issued for the www version of your address (www.mimstudios.com), so we have issued it manually from our end.

  Everything looks good now.
