SSL Certificate is pending

  SSL has been pending for several days since I pointed my A Records at my domain. My site is insecure and causing website reputation and business operations issues.

  Please activate it.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The domain in question is catalyst-commons.com. We were using catalystcommons.ca temporarily as a primary domain while waiting for SSL on catalyst-commons.com.

  Hey @msmith5832b94a64,

  Thank you for clarifying which domain you are having issues with. It looks like the domain catalyst-commons.com has additional AAAA records, which are preventing us from issuing an SSL certificate. Since the domain is not registered with us, you will need to remove these additional records with your domain provider. Once the domain is connected without the AAAA records, we can manually reissue an SSL certificate for the domain.

  Thank you for updating the records. We were now able to add SSL certificate for catalyst-commons.com and it’s all done :)
