SSL certificate issues

    Hello,
    My WordPress site domain is having SSL issues that is keeping me from being able to access it and add new content. The error message that comes up is below.

    ‘This site can’t provide a secure connectionnewmedstudent.com uses an unsupported protocol.
    ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
    Unsupported protocol
    The client and server don’t support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.’

    I would also note that I didn’t have this issue before launching the website. Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    newmedstudent.com is a site hosted with Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with the SSL certificate since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
