SSL Certificate Not Working

  • Unknown's avatar

SSL Certificate for my website is not working. The ‘Not Secured’ icon shows when the website is open on all browsers. Please resolve this issue.

Additionally, my website is connected to a GoDaddy domain. When someone clicks on a page on my website other than the home page, it shows the full wordpress domain. How do I ensure that all of my website pages have my GoDaddy domain at the beginning of the page name?

    Thank you.

  • Hi!

How do I ensure that all of my website pages have my GoDaddy domain at the beginning of the page name

Mapping the domain properly will fix the SSL errors and make sure that your site always has the desired address in the address bar. Here’s how:
    http://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

You could also transfer the domain instead, but mapping is a good quick start.

We do require a paid plan for domain mapping, but the plan also removes ads, gives you mores space, gives you several paid-only features, and lets you access direct support. You can find our pricing here:
