SSL certificate pending

  Hello,

  After purchasing a plan on WordPress, we have connected our altice domain: centrosocialcurvos.pt, and set it as a primary domain.

  However, the SSL is still pending even though it has been almost a month since we connected the domain.

  Did we miss a step? And if not, what’s the next step to fix the issue?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Your domain doesn’t seem to be loading any site at this time, and this is likely because of nameserver conflicts.

  Right now, I see that the domain has these nameservers:

  1. ns1.ptempresas.pt
  2. ns1.wordpress.com
  3. ns10.ptempresas.pt
  4. ns2.ptempresas.pt
  5. ns2.wordpress.com
  6. ns3.wordpress.com

  If you want to point the domain to your WordPress.com site, you should remove the ptempresas.pt ones. There should be only these three nameservers on the domain:

  1. ns1.wordpress.com
  2. ns2.wordpress.com
  3. ns3.wordpress.com

  Please update your domain’s nameservers. You can ask your domain registrar for help with this if you’re not sure where to do this. Within 72 hours of updating your domain’s nameservers, it will start loading your WordPress.com site, and the SSL certificate will be installed shortly afterward.
