SSL certificate pending for 2 days

    hi there!

    We updated the domain (DNS done manually through advanced setup approach). The domain looks good but the SSL certificate has been pending for 2 days now! We were to have launched the site yesterday but the SSL error on the site has caused some embarrassment :(

    I have tried to contact support about it but nothing yet. Is there any other way to bring this to their attention so this can be resolved asap?

    I’ve reissued the SSL certificate of wildflowercity.com, and it is working again.

    Great thank you!

    Not sure why it took so long though. If I had known earlier, I might have re-thought our launch plan. We were supposed to present the site in a nature conference on Saturday and this SSL issue caused us to drop that plan :(
