SSL Certificate Problem

    We’ve attached a domain to the this site and the domain is managed by another provider. The problem is the SSL Certificate is still pending and we can’t take any actions regarding it. Is there any actions we can take to fix the issue.

    We’re managing the DNS from AWS Route 53 and we’ve requested the certificates for the both ‘bookzpro.com’ and ‘www.bookzprod.com’ and their related DNS records are in place and DNS lookup successfully detects them. However, we still face the certificate issues. What are we missing here?

    Also I can not find any thing about the machine that hosts the server. It’s probably that the app is served from a server that hosts multiple apps and we can not request a ssh connection but if it’s possible, I’d very much enjoy that access.

    Hey there! I can see you have a ticket open with similar questions, and you’re welcome to follow up there. Right now we’re having trouble provisioning an SSL certificate because of two AAAA records. Can you remove those, then update us so we can try again?
