SSL certificate still not activated after 6 months

    Hi, I moved my domain to WP about 6 months ago, did everything by the book, but it appears that my SSL certificate is not activated. Is there someone I can contact to get help on this? So frustrated that I’m thinking about giving up.

    Thanks for reaching out. If an SSL cannot be provisioned, that usually means there’s a DNS record blocking our ability to do so. Visit Upgrades → Domains and click your domain. Check your domain’s DNS settings for any AAAA or similar record that can conflict with the SSL provisioning. Once you resolve the DNS error, it may take a little longer than usual to provision the SSL just because it’s been trying for so long.

    You can also reply once you’ve made the update, and we can get that SSL provisioned sooner.
