SSL Certificate Still Pending

  The SSL certificate is still pending for my evereastward.com domain. It’s been over a week. I would really like to be able to use this domain as my primary domain asap. Is there something I can do to speed up the process? or do I have to just wait…

  I see that the domain currently has a DNNSEC validation error. You can also verify this on your end via the checks outlined in the article linked below.

  Given that the domain is registered with a different host, please reach out to their support team to help you with disabling DNSSEC on the domain.

  Making that change will add some more propagation time to the domain as per the guidance here that “All DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate fully. Allow time for the changes to take effect.”

  Once DNNSEC is disabled, you can let us know, although this should prompt the automatic update of the SSL Certificate from our end.
