SSL certificate support

    I’m a Business plan subscriber who has been trying to get my site up more than a week. The most recent problem appears to be my SSL certificate, which has not, as of yet, been installed (or if it has, it hasn’t been properly configured).

    I was led to believe that this subscription tier included chat support with responses within around 24 hours, but I’ve been waiting three days for a response.

    Error message: Jetpack is unable to connect to your domain because your domain’s DNS records aren’t pointing to your site.

    Steps I have attempted:

    • Set nameservers to wordpress
    • Restored default A records
    • Restored default CNAME records
    • Confirmed domain is no longer held with previous registrar

    I could really use some help here, my first couple of weeks as a paying WordPress dot com subscriber have been a very poor experience, even as compared to GoDaddy, who haven’t been known as a great customer experience for years.
