SSL Certificates to correct Not secure website

  Please can you show me how to correct our website from not secure to https? I struggle to understand how you are to do this. Every website either says something different or in a way that I am unable to understand. Bottom line is I need to make our website more secure.

  If your site is on WordPress.com (which is what’s supported here in these forums), it should already have the ‘https’ because SSL certificates are automatically installed. Is your site perhaps on the self-hosted WordPress.org?

  These are two different entities (see https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ for a comparison). If your site happens to be on WordPress.org, you’ll have more luck asking for help at the WordPress.org forums instead: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  No worries!

  Another option I forgot that you might want to try is reaching out to your web hosting provider. They usually offer SSL solutions too. :)
